See...I've often wondered about Wood's sincerity when he told Faith not to trust the First, when he in fact immediately took the First at its word when it told him that Spike killed his mother. What if the First had been wrong and Wood had tried to kill an innocent vampire (I know, weird to say innocent and vampire together, but hey)? The whole Wood storyline still baffles me to this day. What was his purpose, esecially since he was only signed to do only a handful of eps at first? Ah well...questions that will forever go unanswered. Fanwanking doesn't even seem to help much.
